Received my very first LJ flame, which still just boggles my mind, since all I was trying to do was help...

Forgot I have labwork tomorrow, so I'll have to go into work early and work over to make up my time...

I think I need a hug, but there's no one around to give me one, so I guess it's bed for me.

I hate depression.
I HATE IT.
I just broke down and bawled like a baby when I got home at lunchtime. I hate feeling like this.
Llew was there. He asked what was wrong and could he help. For some reason this upset me more.
