Omigawd, I've written over 5000 words since 7:00 this morning. I've taken a few breaks here and there, but I've been mostly writing my little heart out. The only reason why I stopped is because two of my characters surprised the living hell out of me and now I have the vapours. I shouldn't be too surprised. Cadmus always has a few tricks up his sleeve that he never reveals until he decides it's prudent. Prudence had nothing to do with this trick, though. I should have seen it coming; then again, so should Thiyennen. HAHAHAHAHA!

Usually by this time I'd be in bed and falling asleep, but I'm up having a Law & Order: SVU marathon with Aunt Tudi. When we still had cable, Aunt Tudi taped gobs of Law & Order episodes. They really come in handy when there's absolute crap on network television. I don't watch much TV, but I'm always up for a Law & Order-fest with Aunt Tudi.

I haven't written anymore since this afternoon. Rather than continue with the narrative where I have it, I skipped to the end of The Augury of Gideon, just to give myself an idea of where I need to go. Counting the finalé, my total word count was right at 6000. I'm hoping I can pull off the drama and maintain the language for the next 10k - 15k words. I'm in the home stretch with the book. Honestly, though, I don't know what I'm going to do with myself once I'm finished. Maybe I'll drag out all my Dannagran Dram material and write a comedy or a children's book. Wouldn't that be ironic - a person who doesn't like kids writing a book for them? Ha Ha!

Tomorrow is gonna be a busy. I have an appointment with my lawyer's paralegal. I need to find out what I have to do to get some sort of medical care during this period of waiting to see if I get my disability. I'm desperate to see an orthopaedic doctor for my knees, my left knee in particular. When I fell a few weeks ago, I really injured my knee badly, so much so that I can barely put my weight on it. I'm gaining weight, too, because I can't move around like I was doing prior to the fall and I think the Zyprexa is causing me to gain weight. Anyway, after the paralegal visit, Aunt Tudi has an appointment with her physical therapist. It'll be her first visit per the pain doctor she went to see. He's thinking some deep tissue therapy may help with her pain. We'll see. Her appointment is at 3 PM.

More than likely, I'll be up super-early in the morning. That is when I'll get the majority of my writing done. Just in case, though, I'm taking the computer with me to Aunt Tudi's physical therapy appointment. I'm sure she'll be there for an hour at least and I'm hoping to get more written during that time. After Aunt Tudi's appointment, we need to go to the store and pick up some peanut butter and milk. There's probably more things on the list Aunt Tudi showed me, but I can't remember. The list is short because we have no money.

This episode of Law & Order is almost over and so am I.
