Good to see you here. Whenever I get worried that you haven't posted in a while, I just check your Twitter feed and know that you're okay. Don't "do" FB, as you know.

Very hackneyed phrase but I've found that attempting to live in the now has a lot going for it. It's not easy but when you can manage, the present moment is a lot less daunting than worrying days, weeks, months, years in advance.
