tinhuvielWell, the 'Powers that Be' at work just let us peons know that we'll be getting 5 July in addition to our normal 4 July holiday. Wheeee! Two days off and they're mine all mine!
And speaking of work...Evil Knievel works at our complex on 3rd shift. I saw him leaving work this morning on his Stars'n'Bars motorcycle, dressed up in his white Stars'n'Bars jump suit with matching helmet. If I hadn't been running a little late, I would have followed him to see if he was going to jump over any vehicles or leap from building to building.
Llewellyn came over last night and brought the movie 'Rat Race' for us all to watch. It was a 'bonding' experience for him and Aunt Tudi (they're doing quite well, thankfully!) and the movie was simply hilarious. If you want to find out more about Hitler's harmonica, I suggest you rent this wonderful update to 'It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World'. I haven't larfed this hard in a long time.
