tinhuvielPieces of tree are currently falling on the house out back as Danny saws and chops away. I hate that....it makes me physically ill to see a tree mutilated. Of course, Aunt Tudi is right: it has to be done to keep us legally protected if bad weather should come and affect the trees to where they damage neighbours' homes and/or belongings, or they pull down power lines.
...it still disturbs me though.
Lew didn't come over tonight. I asked him point blank if it was because of the bad news and he said no, not at all. He is simply recharging from his trip and just didn't feel up to being back on the road. I can understand that and I totally believe him, especially after his display of incredible tenderness from the other day. No doubt I am lucky to have him.
Monty Python is on TV. I never realised how much Eric Idle looks like Richard Tandy. They could be brothers.
