I got some strange news over the weekend. My partner at the answering service wrote to me to let me know that two of our coworkers got arrested last week, one for failure to pay restitution for a prior embezzlement charge, the other for failure to appear in court on a domestic violence charge a few years back.

What's so ironic is they aren't that fond of each other and they ended up in the same holding cell a couple of nights ago.

When I get another car, it looks like I'll be working extra hours at the service to compensate for their absence due to unfortunate incarceration. Needless to say, everyone left at the answering service is sufficiently freaked out.

Just goes to show that life is a sitcom...

Makes me remember something about the late great Rage Against The Machine telling listeners to 'turn that thing off'. I have been try to avoid radio for the past few years. Does good to my mental health (although I know that is not evident at all ;-))

Thanks chica, put that one up cos I don't have that many scanned, and it is the most recent one. I've always thought I look slightly drugged up on that one, but hey it was taken in the office so I'd have every humanitarian reason to be that way!!!
