I often amuse myself by translating people's names into kanji and translating them back to English. To do this, you take the katakana pronunciation ( which is what you've got there), then find kanji that have those same sounds( but which have meanings independent of the sound). Some of them I have found rather startlingly appropriate!
Well, if you write "Tsurashi" with three characters there are multiple possibilities, but actually the simplest way to write it, with two characters, would mean something like "Bitter Determination", or "Ruthlessly Determined".
It is also possible to transliterate "Tracy" as "Toreshi"---"Path of Many Deaths"
"Anjirina", being longer, doesn't easily turn into a single phrase, but, "An-Ji", could be either "Dark Rule" or "Peaceful Rule", depending on your preference, and "Ri-Na" would be "Powerful Reputation" (Which actually goes rather well with the 'ruling' theme of the first half of it).
