Catching Up

ravien chimed in to say 'hi' and I was freaking out and couldn't even talk to her. Work is coming out of everyone's butts here. Does this mean business is picking up? Does this mean that we will get a raise this year, unlike last year? A raise would be a welcome occurrence right now, let me tell you...especially since we're all more than one person now.
The only good thing about today is that my Feudal Mistress is off, leaving me free of her inane attempts at conversation. " 'Moooooorniiiiin' " and "How we loooookin' " just don't cut the mustard in the intelligence department. Neither does "How's Miss Tracy today?" First of all, don't ask how I am in 3rd person and don't fucking call me Miss Tracy. I'm not from the Old South, got it, you gormless git?
But I didn't log on to rant about my so-called superior. I just wanted to chill for a mo and am really only writing to 'hear myself yap.' Pathetic, if one thinks about it. I'm finally catching up from all the mailings we've got going on right now. I have no clue as to what Vue, Longwave, Cave In and Damone sound like but the label is really pushing them hard in the media. As for me, I'll sit and wait for Dave Matthews. Let the rest burn in hell just as long as I have my Dave.
