To get a one room apartment, just Smidgen and me, on the coast of Maine, where no one knows who we are or what we're about. Maybe I'll work in a curio shop or just clean fish for a living. I just want to disappear and forget I knew South Carolina or anyone here, with the exception of one or two individuals.

Sorry that you're having a hard time.

To make it better should I shut up or come closer so that you can bonk me with that inflatible mallet?

Well, it's not so secret anymore, huh? :)

I like that dream. I wouldn't mind that either.

::squishes you and Smidgen::

If Brian and I move to Maine, we'll build you a guest house to live in.
So you can have your privacy and still come have coffee with us.
And I'm dead serious.
luff youse, kiddo.

I'm familiar with the weight of the interpersonal. I certainly don't think you're alone in needing at least a long vacation with peace and simplicity.

I'm sorry it is all piling on of late.

I'm so there. Sometimes I just want to pack up the cats and drive away. Sometimes, I consider just driving and not stopping.

I'm sorry that I can't help you other than just to say I know what you mean.

I'm sorry stuff has been so crap... :o(

I've often had similar thoughts.

Is there anything I can do this time?

Just knowing you're there and you're cool beyond my capacity to understand is comfort enough.

Maine is too cold for me, but I could easily live that life and be ok.

Alternative: Alpaca farm in the middle of earth-shakin' Indiana?

I like my Alpaca stirred, not shaken.

Yes. Simplicity is like a siren song, sometimes.

Not that I'd know anything about that.

Oh man. I hear that.

For some reason, I always find myself going west in those fantasies. When I'm really desperate, it's a small town in Wyoming.

You could move to Kansas. It snowed like mad here all winter long...

You Kansans are so bloody cool too. I'll add that to my list.

Don't know the right thing to say. Dudity and music usually makes me feel better.

I do hope the load you are carrying gets lighter soon.

i feel your pain all too well. Ive been in a depressive cycle myself after months of oblivious manic. The crash is just that, isnt it? How wonderful it would be to truly be on ones own, off the grid.

I have a dream similar to that. Maine sounds good. nice and cold. Definitely on the water, preferably overlooking the water from a cliff. Wanna rent a house there together and be roomies?
