It accepted Kirsty's deal, agreeing that it might not tear her soul apart if she led it to Frank.

She "was gray yet gleaming, her lips bloody, her legs parted so that the elaborate scarification of her pubis was displayed." Presumably, she gave Frank a unique sexual experience.
