How did you get one of your scars?
Okay. I did NOT know this was one of the questions when I started the survey. I just saw *survey* and cut and pasted in a Meme Frenzy. But you know what's coming...

You wanna know how I got these scars? ::points to her knees and nods:: Yeah? C'mere. I was in the heart of the Amazon rainforest on a Christian Mission. My aim was to spread the Good News and help bring Jesus to the locals, except for there weren't any. I was dropped in from low flying plane and found myself surrounded by monkeys and insects of unusual size. All I had was my backpack and a Bible, so off I tromped to find the tribes. After two days and an infection that revisits me every July, I finally chanced upon a tribe of cannibals who promptly began to spit me for their open fire. They started with the knees and were about to stick me through the abdomen when a turgid band of adventurers chanced upon the scene and rescued me. They gave me tea and crumpets, then got me to the nearest mission house to recover from the Jungle Joo-Joo I'd contracted.

Actually, the scars are from my previous knee surgeries.
