Crash and Burn

So, my day started out wonderfully. I slipped on the front porch steps on my way out to the car and proceeded to tumble down to the bottom. I think I've hurt my left knee and my left butt cheek is settling sore.

Cigna

The more I read about other people's struggles to get Cigna to approve gastric bypass, the more fearful and pessimistic I become.

From what I understand, Cigna now requires at least one 26 week diet within the past year to even begin to qualify. I'm about a year too late for that.

I can't help but feel I'm setting myself up for the biggest disappointment of my life.
