Marvel Xanadu comic and magazine

This was bought for me back in 1980 and I've tried to keep it safe ever since. the cover came off and I carefully taped it back together. Other than that and the natural discolouration and dog-eared results brought about by long years of existence, the magazine is in surprisingly good condition. I don't plan on ever letting the magazine go, but I do wonder how much it's worth now that it's going on 30 years old and the Xanadu phenomenon has been rekindled by Broadway.
