Bill Clinton was impeached for basically lying about having an affair with an intern.

Dubya has lied about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, thus causing the deaths of countless Iraqis and American soldiers, and furthering the poor opinion the world has of the United States. Why hasn't he been impeached yet? Why has he not been ousted from the White House as the liar and thief that he is? Why are the American people not rolling him out of Washington DC, covered in tar and feathers?

From my perspective, getting a little bit of nookie is far preferable than maiming and murdering thousands of people for nothing but oil. I'd much rather have a sex-crazed maniac than a homicidal maniac for president.

George W is a shit, no doubt about it. Of course his family will make a fortune from the thing as most of their money is in oil. American Oil Companies get in on the oil fields and they don't even have to build the extractors.

The more I think on it the less I like the idea of Capitalism running a country. I mean money is such a cold damn premise to run everything from.

Can you imagine if a country was based off of science like America is from money? How many diseases would be cured already? How much cleaner our environment? Still I cannot even imagine how that would work.. if you have any ideas about how to translate that idea into the real world I would love to hear it. I might put it into a book one day.
