Why is anything of magnitude in the South referred to as 'big ole'? I just heard on the radio for the umpteenth time that a "big ole tree" is down on Foster Rd. It makes me think the reporter is picking her teeth, what few she has left, with a sprig of hay and is jacked up in the helicopter in nothing but overalls.

Sheesh.
