WTF?

I got a call from my social worker today. It looks as though I own two pieces of land, 105B Pauls Drive and 101 Pauls Drive. 101 Pauls Drive doesn't even exist, but the assessor's office has me down as the owner of the non-existent lot. Tomorrow, I have to go down to the Spartanburg County Assessor's Office and get a written statement to take to my social worker, affirming the fact that I do indeed only own the one lot and that I am not being dishonest about my ownership of property. This is probably the reason why I haven't gotten my retroactive pay yet, because there's confusion on the part of Spartanburg County, dumb fuckers. Once I get this straightened out, things should hopefully go rather quickly as far as my retro pay. At least, that's the hope.

But DAMN! Why can't anything come easily? 101 Pauls Drive doesn't even bloody exist, for fuck's sake!

Weird thing? I can find 101 on google maps, but not 105. The street view shows me the corner of SR 42/53 and Paul's Drive. Like THE CORNER. When I go look for 105 it doesn't show me anything from street view.

Good luck tomorrow. When the ex and I bought our house, one of the property documents said Howard County and the rest said Prince George's. It was a PAIN IN THE ASS to get fixed. I hope that yours goes smoothly.

The corner is actually Rogers Bridge Road, but you wouldn't know because SC is full of morons and eeediots.

well it says that too. But I usually got with State/US routes when in question because I know that around here we call it SR 155 but the road sign says "McDonough Rd", but no one calls it that except people from out of town.

See, you just can't trust maps these days. Blast! Either way, I'm getting it straightened out tomorrow, or I'm selling 101 Pauls Drive for a hefty sum of money. May as well profit from their mistake.
