Wormy

Our system at work is all wormy so I can't hardly get onto the Internet. This is driving me crazy, since I'm the Junkie from Hell.

Anyway, seems like we got hit by the blaster worm virus, so here I sit without complete access to the net. I can't even get the 'respond' function to work in LJ, nor do half the user icons show up.

I've got the shakes from not having my hourly 'Net fix. Where's that methodone clinic when you need it?

In another time, in another place, I worked as a laborer on a few job sites, and one of my favorites was a renovation of the Palm Beach Junior College's auditorium, where our linesman was known as "Methodone Mike". He kept his "lunch pail" in my car, back then, since "everyone knew what he drove" and it was safer in mine. It wasn't until much later that I learned he was scamming his way through the methodone clinics in the area.

And people wonder why I've grown up to be so cynical and mistrustful of my species.

Sister morphine..

I too am in the pains of withdrawal. It sucketh sooooooooooo much. And the grip of the beast will only be broken when I re-up my order from the sweet angels of mercy that feed me the stuff.
