re-listed below. Ordered 11-18-03 , control number 815675 selections: 82876-55712-1/12 pcs and 82876-57017-2/10 pcs
Me:815675 is currently on backorder. It will ship as soon as we have stock to fill the order.
Idiot:As for the 815675 could we get the vinyl (82876-55712-1 Quantity 12) without
waiting for the back order? Who knows when that will come in.
Me:82876-55712-1 is on backorder because we have no product to send, so I can't help you with that. You may want to contact Production and see when more stock is due to be shipped to us.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!!! What part of my first explanation is so difficult for him to understand that he would send me a response asking for us to send the records regardless of the backorder? What am I supposed to do, go to my bootleg record press I keep in my backyard to manufacture a few of these just for him?
