tinhuvielI just called UHC. They're running behind on all claims at the moment because of the onslaught of new members (the whole of Bertelsmann) and a one day delay from the holiday. The rep asked that I give it one more week and call back next Thursday.
When god was handing out patience, it passed me over. What patience I have is now running quite thin and there's not a thing I can do about it but sit and wait.
