Why is that, every time I hear any part of the Lord of the Rings soundtracks, my eyes leak profusely?

psychological conditioning- having spent upwards of nine hours unblinking in a cinema, the brain associates the soundtrack with the experience, and thus when you hear it again the brain over-compensates by making the eyes water a lot in case you are going to do the not-blink-for-nine-hours thing again

well, it's a good excuse, anyhow : )
