The Gizzard

I hate what the medical and WLS communities call the remaining stomach after gastric bypass: The Pouch. I have so far successfully refused to address my parts in this manner because I'm not a fucking marsupial, but I've been debating on what to call The Pouch. I have decided. As of this moment, I am now in possession of a Gizzard. No irritable pouch for me, nay nay nay. I have a pissy gizzard.

At five I was taken into hospital to investigate my stomach trouble. It transpired to be stress, **not** the extra stomach chamber they found incidentally -- which has, subsequently, been blamed for my huge appetite. They called this extra stomach a pouch. (So I'm not a marsupial either, I'm evidently a ruminant.)
