All Work and no Play Make Tin a Dull Sith

tinhuvielInventory went quite well, so I got off shortly after 4 PM. Feeling like crap and experiencing a fair amount of hunger, I attempted some Total Protein cereal, which immediately came back on me. After getting sick, I watched a little bit of Hannibal on TV, then passed out for about three hours.
I was up and out the door by 10:30 heading for work. I'm still pretty sick. My head feels heavy and weird. If the phone doesn't plague me too much, I'm pretty certain I'll be able to sleep quite well tonight.
When I got to Telesuck, I was relieving the new chick Angela. She was talking about how busy it had been and I commented that I hoped it slowed down so I could sleep. Then I said that, since I was in my 30s, I had no problem sleeping sitting straight up in a chair, but there was no way I could do it when I was in my 20s. Angela was surprised that I was almost 37. She told me that she thought I was a student in my 20s. HA! Now, that made my evening.
SNL is on with Usher as musical guest. That man can dance like nobody's damned business. Surely he doesn't have a bone in his body. I think I'm in love. He's proof that there's real talent out there in the music and entertainment world. It's just that the record companies usually refuse to acknowledge talent, going instead with crap wastes of space like Titney Spears.
Tomorrow, I shall sleep until 1 PM, get up and de-Sasquatch, and then spend some time with Llew. I need to get in some walking as well. Until then, I'm making like a working weasel and sleeping on the job.
