The company no longer has a tuition program for "non-exempt" employees. The non-exempts are us serfs, those of us who would like to get some education and crawl out of this Pit. The exempts are managers and above. They can go to school all they want, it would seem. What the hell?

Oh well, it doesn't matter. I'll go regardless......but I'm still hoping for that severence sometime after March. Buahahahahah!
