Back at Saturn
Mar. 1st, 2004 09:57 amThey're *servicing* my car at the precise moment I am writing this. Hopefully, I won't be here long. After I leave Saturn, I'm going to the tax place to get the bad news there. It's during this time of year I get exceptionally pissed at our society. I can't figure out why it is some people can work 6 months out of the year, yet get back twice the refund I might get simply because they're a breeder. You'd think that the people who work the most should reap the biggest benefits but, no! Breeders and Users (this includes the Rich who suck skim the profits of Old Family Money without having to raise one well-lotioned finger) see the benefits whilst we single worker bees get only one thing in abundance: MORE WORK.
Why is it that writing on Saturn's computer incites me to ranting and raving? Why?
I'm still on an Oscar high. Soooo proud of Peter Jackson and the gang! ....although I still say that Sean Astin was robbed..ROBBED I say! It's hard to believe that this incredibly talented young man is Gomez Addamm's son. tee hee.
The Saturn dude just came out and said that I needed throttle service since I'm at my 15k point on the ION. That's gonna be another $35 I didn't plan on. Oh well! C'est la vie. At least the ION will be running at optimum and I won't have to worry about getting stranded in one of the many areas infested by inebriated Rednecks with guns.
I wish they made magneting bumper stickers. I'd cover my car in slogans and observations that would incite the local yokels to want to chase me down the road with torches and sticks. My old Nissan was covered with bumper stickers and they made a mess because it nigh impossible to get all of them off without leaving a sticky gooey mess. Magnetic bumper stickers could be regularly interchanged and leave no messy residue.
I think I'll go look for something like that after I post this entry.

OK, so I read up on the car magnet dealio and it's suggested that one buy sheets of the magnetic paper stuff, stick choses bumper stickers on the magnet, then cut to specification. Very clever!
All I need now is a big sheet of magnet.
Since I'm going to Asheville tomorrow and the shops up there are overrun with inciteful bumper stickers, I need to work quickly on this.
Bwaaaaah!!
